SiteCheck Pro collects the information you submit so it can generate, save, and manage business visibility reports.

Business name, city, website, and business goal.

Generated report details, scores, recommendations, website facts, and premium report content when applicable.

Scan usage records: your email address and the calendar month, used to enforce the Free plan's 3 scans per month and the Premium plan's 50 scans per month.

Subscription and payment metadata for Premium, such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, hashed Google Play purchase-token identifiers, subscription status, current billing period, and cancellation status. SiteCheck Pro does not store card numbers, and does not store the Google Play purchase token itself for Premium subscriptions, only a one-way hash of it.

Admin and lead management data, including lead status, customer type, saved report records, email delivery job metadata, PDF generation metadata, and internal admin actions stored by the system.
How the information is used

To prepare and display free and premium SiteCheck Pro reports.

To send report-related email and support follow-up.

To enforce the monthly scan limit for the Free and Premium plans, and to confirm whether a Premium subscription is active.

To help the SiteCheck Pro operator manage leads, reports, support requests, and service quality.
Service providers
SiteCheck Pro may use service providers to operate the product, including hosting, database, payment, email, and report-generation providers. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their role.
Payments
Premium is a $29 per month subscription. On Android, Premium purchases and billing are handled entirely by Google Play; SiteCheck Pro never sees your card details there. On the web, Premium purchases and billing are handled by Stripe; payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by SiteCheck Pro. SiteCheck Pro stores subscription status metadata (such as whether Premium is active, when the current billing period ends, and whether a subscription is set to cancel) needed to confirm access to the Premium plan.
