A scan that fails or times out does not count against your monthly scan limit - try again, or try again later if the website you are scanning is temporarily down.

“Score unavailable” means SiteCheck Pro could not reach or check the website this scan, not that the website scored poorly.

If a Google Play or Stripe purchase does not unlock Premium, use Restore purchases (Android) or Manage subscription (web) in Settings, then contact support if it still does not resolve.

Saved reports live on this device only. Reinstalling the app or clearing app data removes them; Premium access itself can be recovered with the same email.
